2025 Review: How Uberall Empowers Marketers to Win in the Age of AI Search
It’s time to reflect on a year filled with innovation and growth. We showcase the most significant digital marketing innovations on our platform.
We think about our mission all year long: to help our customers get found and make location marketing more seamless to execute, and effective in driving measurable business impact. And the end of the year feels like the perfect moment to reflect on how we’ve been doing that. Marketers today are juggling more than ever: new channels, shifting consumer behavior, and rising expectations with fewer resources. That reality shapes everything we build.
This year we’ve been especially excited about UB-I, our industry-first agentic AI for location performance. It’s a leap toward autonomous optimization that helps brands drive growth at every location and connects their efforts directly to the Location Performance Optimization (LPO) framework. And because impact matters, we introduced the Revenue Estimator — giving teams a simple, tangible way to see the ROI behind their LPO improvements.
Every product update we released in 2025 had one goal: make location marketing smarter, faster, and more impactful for the 100,000+ users who rely on Uberall. We expanded our integration library, strengthened our Model Context Protocol (MCP), and focused on giving marketers tools that lighten the juggling act instead of adding to it.
UB-I: the Power behind the LPO Pillars
We launched UB-I, the first AI agent for location performance, in 2025 because we recognized that businesses needed more than dashboards and marketing to-do lists to keep up.
We know that location marketers are constantly updating listings, responding to waves of reviews, and trying to keep every location active on social. And that’s on top of proving ROI. It was a lot. And while traditional tools pointed out the problems, they didn’t actually do anything about them.
UB-I was built to change that. Instead of handing teams more tasks, it tackles the everyday work that strengthens visibility, reputation, engagement, and conversions across every location.
UB-I is the true facilitator of our Location Performance Optimization (LPO) framework. Everything we launched in 2025 — from better visibility tools to smarter engagement features and richer reputation insights — was designed around the four LPO pillars. UB-I ties it all together by monitoring what matters and jumping in where it can make the biggest impact. Whether brands manage 10 locations or 10,000, UB-I helps each one get found, get chosen, and do its part for the bottom line — without adding more juggling.
Visibility: Being Recommended
Businesses probably know by now that visibility isn’t just about showing up online; it’s about showing up to consumers with the right information, in the right tone, everywhere your customers are looking.
So, this year, we focused on helping brands create richer, more consistent listing content at scale, without adding another juggling ball to their load.
AI Profile Description
We introduced AI Profile Description, a feature that helps businesses create and manage listing content. With a simple prompt, teams can generate compelling, brand-consistent location descriptions in seconds, complete with relevant local keywords that help boost visibility across search and discovery platforms.
The built-in AI Tone Adjuster keeps everything aligned with your brand voice, and bulk creation makes it easy for multi-location businesses to keep thousands of profiles fresh and accurate — and as ready for those human eyes as for the AI engines.
This gives teams higher-quality content, greater consistency, and dramatically faster workflows — all of which strengthen visibility signals in today’s search landscape. Because when a business looks its best where customers search, it’s already one step closer to getting found and chosen.
Reputation: Being Trusted
A location’s reputation is the most important trust signal for both consumers and AI tools like ChatGPT. We’ve said this time and again because it’s true – the stronger and clearer your reputation signals, the more confidently AI and humans can “choose” your locations over competitors.
That’s why we made review management strategy a major focus this year, introducing updates that help brands respond faster, act smarter, and build trust at scale.
AI Bulk RepliesFaster, consistent responses don’t just improve customer experience; they strengthen the signals AI depends on.
That’s why we introduced intelligent, brand-safe AI replies that let businesses reply to hundreds or thousands of reviews at once — in any language. These replies stay true to a brand’s tone of voice while adding personal, context-aware nuance, turning review management from a time-consuming chore into a strategic advantage. And with that little bit less to do for location marketers.
Sentiment Analysis Reports
Our revamped sentiment engine now delivers deeper insights across every location, highlighting trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for location-specific improvement. This gives brands a clearer picture of what customers are feeling and saying and helps them respond smarter to create better experiences and stronger reputation signals.
Engagement: Being Connected with Consumers
We know that AI surfaces content based on relevance, consistency, and local context, which means engagement signals matter more than ever. The stories businesses share (and how easily their locations can share them) help shape both customer perception and how they discover brands with AI tools.
This year, we focused on making our Local Social tool simpler, faster, and more connected across teams with the following updates.
- Campaign subscriptions: HQ builds approved, on-brand campaigns, and local managers simply subscribe. It’s an effortless way to keep messaging consistent across every location.
- Review-based social posts: Turn glowing reviews into engaging posts with one click, using authentic customer voices to build trust and local credibility.
- LinkedIn for corporate and local pages: Manage and schedule posts for both your main LinkedIn Page and your individual location or franchisee pages all in one workflow.
- AI-assisted content for social posts: Our AI suggests titles and descriptions based on what has worked well before and even analyzes your images to craft copy that matches your visual. You save time and get consistently polished, on-brand content.
- Posting time suggestions: Uberall now recommends the best posting times for each location so content lands when audiences are most active. Smarter timing means stronger engagement.
Together, these features make it easier for brands to communicate clearly, stay consistent across every location, and build the engagement signals that matter most — for customers and for AI.
Conversion: Being Revenue-Oriented
When it comes to LPO, conversion is where we should always be funnelling all of our efforts as marketers.
With extra pressure on proving ROI, we wanted to focus our efforts in 2025 on giving marketers clearer insights, smarter prioritization, and simpler ways to connect everyday actions with revenue outcomes.
Revenue Estimator
Our new Revenue Estimator on the Uberall platform homepage helps users see exactly how their LPO improvements translate into meaningful business results.
It gives them the clarity they need to optimize performance further, secure budgets, and confidently show the value of their hard work — all in one simple, intuitive tool. It connects daily marketing and operations tasks with measurable customer engagement signals, making revenue impact easier to understand (and easier to prove).
Our Platform Homepage
The platform homepage now gives our customers a complete health check of each location’s visibility, reputation, and engagement — so they can quickly spot opportunities to boost performance and drive revenue. It’s easier to use, easier to understand, and helps track key metrics and recommended actions in one place.
Location Performance Score (LPS)
The Location Performance Score (LPS) makes it easy to identify and prioritize the tasks that will have the biggest revenue impact. Users can now benchmark locations, understand where they’re winning against local competitors, and see where small improvements can drive more customers — and more conversions.
Together, these updates make it easier for brands to focus on what truly moves the needle: turning great customer experiences into consistent revenue growth across every location.
Our 2026 Resolution: A Roadmap for Enabling AI-Ready Businesses
We’re ringing in the new year with a roadmap full of new marketing innovations and optimizations we can’t wait to share with you.
